Ruby Three-Stone, Held By A Letter
A shared faith, holding the ring up from underneath.
The ruby is her birthstone. The gallery is the Hei — the fifth letter of the Hebrew alphabet, and a symbol shared by their faith and their church. It is not decoration on the ring; it is the part carrying the stones.

Half-Honeycomb Wedding Bands
Their two favourite characters, combined into one.
They wanted a band shape nobody else had, so half of each shank is honeycombed. The sculpting across the pair combines the two characters they each grew up on into a single figure.

The flower on her arm, wrapped around the stone.
She already wore the eustoma — it was tattooed on her. The ring puts the same flower around a piece of black jadeite, so the two read as one thing rather than two.

A blue topaz with the beagle worked over it, caught in the exact posture she takes when she is asking to be fed. A keepsake made while she is still here, not after.
