Yes. Every piece is designed and handcrafted in Singapore, from initial consultation through to final setting.

Every commission is quoted individually, because no two pieces use the same materials, stones, or hours of work — so there's no fixed price list to point to. What that quote covers is the full process: a real consultation to get the design right, a physical prototype you try on before anything is cast, and handcrafting in solid gold from there, not a resized piece pulled from a shelf. You're paying for a piece that gets made once, correctly, for you specifically — not for a markup on a catalogue item. Typically about 2 weeks from confirming your design concept to a physical prototype, then 1–2 months from approving that prototype to your finished piece — simpler pieces move faster, multi-stone or complex settings take longer. Working against a date — a proposal, an anniversary? Rush production is available for an additional fee, subject to availability.

Borrow a ring she wears regularly on any finger (not necessarily her ring finger — most women don't wear one there day-to-day) and bring it to us for a free measurement, or use an at-home method like tracing it with a fine pencil. As a general Singapore reference, we most commonly work with sizes from about US 4.5 to US 6 — and any bespoke ring can be resized afterward regardless.

18K for anything worn daily — a ring or bracelet. 24K is more pure, but soft enough to dent with a fingernail, which makes it a poor fit for daily knocks against car doors, gym equipment, or keyboards. 24K suits lower-contact pieces like earrings or pendants better.

We require 20g of your pet's fur, all of which is used in the process — nothing is wasted. A courier is arranged to collect it directly from your door after checkout, and your diamond is grown over a 2-month turnaround, with surveillance footage of the entire process and an IGI certificate on completion.

Yes — the same process used for fur to diamond also works with cremated ashes, human or pet. The carbon extraction and growing process is identical; just let us know which material you're working with when you commission.

No. We don't generate or design jewellery using AI. If you've used an AI tool to create a concept image, that's simply your starting point — from there, every design decision, correction, CAD model, print, cast, and finish is done by hand by our goldsmiths, the same as if you'd brought us a hand-drawn sketch instead.

Yes — it's an increasingly common starting point. An AI render is great for visualizing an idea, but it doesn't account for how metal actually behaves: wall thickness, prong strength, whether a shape can physically hold its form on a finger. We review every AI-generated design before modelling it, flag anything that needs adjusting for durability, and make sure the finished piece is something you can actually wear every day, not just something that looked right in a render.

Yes — that's the fastest path we offer. Your wax is sprued, invested, burned out, and cast the traditional way — made in Singapore.

Yes — as a standalone service. Choose castable resin if you plan to cast it elsewhere later, or standard resin for a physical prototype or try-on piece that isn't meant to be cast at all.

Yes. We work with independent designers, small brands, and hobbyists directly — there's no minimum order quantity, and each piece is 3D printed and cast individually rather than run through a bulk production line.
